Terms of Use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms cover ColgArt's Photoshop plugins: Chroma Space, A Better Count Tool and PaintRecord. By installing one, you agree to them.
Free plugins
A Better Count Tool is free. You can use it for personal and commercial work, on as many computers as you like. Please don't resell it or share modified copies; link people to colgart.com instead.
Paid plugins
- A license lets you use the plugin for personal and commercial work.
- Each license key works on the number of computers stated when you bought it. A Studio license covers ten seats.
- Your key is for you (or your studio). Please don't share or resell it.
Your artwork
Everything you make with the plugins is yours. ColgArt claims no rights to it.
Refunds
If a paid plugin doesn't work for you, email support@colgart.com and we'll sort it out.
No warranty
The plugins are provided as they are. We test them carefully, but we can't promise they'll be free of bugs or work with every future version of Photoshop. Save your work often. ColgArt isn't liable for lost work or other damage from using the plugins.
